These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of webstacy.co (the “Site”) and any proposals, quotes, or services provided by Webstacy (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Site
You may browse and use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, or copy or reproduce its content without our written permission.
2. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by or licensed to Webstacy and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Client project deliverables (such as a website, portal, or automation) become the client’s property once paid for in full, as set out in the applicable project agreement.
3. Engaging Our Services
Project scope, timelines, pricing, and payment terms are agreed separately in a proposal, quote, or contract for each engagement. Where anything in a signed proposal or contract conflicts with these Terms, the proposal or contract will take precedence for that engagement.
4. No Guarantee of Results
While we work to a high standard, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as search rankings, ad performance, traffic, or revenue — see our Disclaimer for more detail on results and third-party platforms.
5. Third-Party Links & Services
The Site may link to third-party websites or make use of third-party tools (such as scheduling, analytics, or payment providers) that we don’t control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third parties.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webstacy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our services. Nothing in these Terms excludes any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change is posted means you accept the revised Terms.
