Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing required content, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in client deliverables may affect project timelines.
Results Disclaimer
While we aim to improve performance and conversions, we do not guarantee specific results such as number of enquiries, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. Results depend on a range of factors outside our control.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns the final website. Webstacy retains the right to showcase the completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement under the conditions outlined in the project agreement. Any work completed up to the point of termination will be invoiced accordingly.
Updates to These Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. Any changes will be reflected here with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
